Jobot is seeking an Electrical General Superintendent to oversee multiple medium to large electrical projects, guiding field leaders and coordinating with the Director of Field Operations to ensure staffing, on-time completion, and budget adherence.

This role requires deep electrical knowledge, strong leadership, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering quality results on $50M+ projects and managing 75-100 field staff.

Formación

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in electrical construction with medium to large projects.
• Proven leadership and field team development experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage multiple medium to large electrical projects.
• Direct supervision and mentorship of Foremen, General Foremen, and Superintendents.
• Collaborate with the Director of Field Operations on staffing.
• Oversee planning, scheduling and execution to meet milestones.
• Monitor budgets and control costs across projects.
• Ensure safety compliance and drive process improvements.
