LeoForce in Tempe, AZ seeks a General Superintendent – Electrical Construction to lead large-scale commercial electrical projects, including data centers. This role requires managing crews, planning manpower, and coordinating with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to meet safety, schedule, and quality goals.

You will mentor field leadership, participate in planning, and drive project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Experience: Mid Level Salary: $60 - $75 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide overall field leadership and direction for large-scale electrical construction projects.
• Oversee General Foremen, Foremen, electricians, apprentices, and field personnel.
• Develop and manage manpower plans, schedules, materials, equipment, and field resources.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other trades.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, and schedule performance.
• Identify potential issues and develop effective solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across all jobsites.
• Mentor and develop field leadership, helping build the next generation of electrical construction professionals.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, forecasting, and coordination meetings.
• Help ensure successful project delivery from mOur Clientlization through completion.

What We're Looking For:

• Extensive experience in commercial electrical construction - specifically Data Centers
• Proven experience as a General Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or similar senior field leadership role.
• Strong understanding of large-scale electrical construction and project execution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple crews and field leaders.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, manpower planning, safety, and quality control.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with large commercial, industrial, data center, semiconductor, or other mission-critical projects is highly valued.
• A track record of successfully delivering complex electrical construction projects.
