Jobot is partnering with a nationally recognized electrical contractor to hire an Electrical Superintendent in Las Vegas. You will lead complex, high-profile electrical construction projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence while guiding a team of 15+ electricians.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in construction with electrical focus, strong leadership and job costing skills, and the ability to collaborate with prefabrication, purchasing, and accounting teams on large-scale

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on electrical work.
• Proven track record delivering safe projects on schedule and within budget.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Experience managing and providing leadership for safety and environmental programs.
• Strong skills in job costing, quality reporting, forecasting, and productivity.
• Experience coordinating labor, materials, and equipment.
• Experience organizing and coordinating subcontractor activities.
• Experience with field administration tasks such as timesheets, quantity reports, purchases, and job diaries.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing field personnel.
• Willingness to participate in all field work activities and work with tools when necessary.
• Ability to collaborate with support departments such as prefabrication, purchasing, and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and provide guidance for safety and environmental programs to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• Monitor job costing, quality reporting, forecasting, and productivity to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate all labor, materials and equipment, making sure that everything is in place for the successful completion of projects.
• Organize and coordinate all subcontractor activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Complete field administration tasks, including timesheets, quantity reports, purchases, and job diaries.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ electricians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in all field work activities, demonstrating a hands-on approach and willingness to work with tools when necessary.
• Collaborate with support departments such as prefabrication, purchasing, and accounting, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow across the organization.
