Job summary

Engineered Structures, Inc. (ESI) in Idaho is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical work on construction sites, lead a team of electricians, and ensure safety and quality across projects.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong coordination with project managers, and adherence to NEC and industry standards, with travel to various project locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an apprenticeship program or vocational training in electrical work required.
• Valid Electrician license or certification issued by a recognized authority.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Electrician, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent or similar leadership role in construction.
• Thorough knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, codes and standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
• Supervise electricians, provide guidance and training.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a safety culture.
• Implement quality control to meet codes and project specs.
• Coordinate resources with project managers and stakeholders.
• Foster clear communication with clients and subcontractors.
• Resolve technical issues with the project team.
