Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction with 1+ year in general superintendent leadership
• Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong leadership, safety, planning, and contract administration experience
• Nuclear experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Mentor and help to grow Superintendents
• Review and approve labor rates for foremen, journeymen and laborers
• Manage contract administration and field management meetings
• Develop a program to maintain good client relations on site
• Attend and lead client meetings for problem resolution and planning
• Oversee monthly job cost updates and quarterly cash flow projections
• Review and approve or negotiate change orders
• Develop plans for project completion and turnover
