Job summary

Kiewit is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field supervision on nationwide industrial and technology projects. You will oversee electrical crews, coordinate with contractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across diverse locations including relocation as needed.

Ideal candidates bring at least five years as a foreman or superintendent, strong leadership, and broad electrical systems knowledge.

Qualifications

• Five years minimum experience as General Foreman or Superintendent.
• Experience managing 20-50 craft employees at one time.
• Willing to travel and relocate nationwide as needed.
• Access to construction sites and ability to work in varied locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise small to medium size construction projects.
• Perform daily inspections of work for Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
• Act as liaison and coordinator between contractors.
• Solve problems that arise on site.
• Establish budgetary guidelines and ensure cost control measures.
• Provide job safety training and awareness for all personnel.
• Establish quality standards and ensure QA and company standards are met.
• Develop and manage job schedules and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
