Job summary

Kiewit is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to oversee field execution of electrical construction across power generation, industrial, and mission-critical projects. You will lead foremen, electricians, and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient work that meets drawings and specs, while coordinating with Civil, Mechanical, and Instrumentation teams.

The role requires oversight of labor budgets, look-ahead planning, and progress reporting, with a travel-based schedule and per diems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of electrical construction experience in power, industrial, manufacturing, energy, or EPC environments.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience as a Foreman, General Foreman, Assistant Superintendent, or Superintendent.
• Hands-on electrical installation experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all electrical construction activities.
• Direct and support foremen, electricians, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor productivity, workforce utilization, and equipment needs.
