Peyton Resource Group is seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead mission-critical electrical construction projects, including data centers and hospitals. The role oversees field execution, large crews, schedules, safety, and quality on active jobsites across DFW and North Texas.

Candidates must demonstrate 15+ years in electrical construction with senior leadership experience, travel readiness, and a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within specifications.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Senior field leadership experience.
• Experience managing 100+ personnel.
• Mission-critical construction experience (data centers/hospitals) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across DFW/North Texas.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction operations and manage large field teams.
• Oversee workforce safety, productivity, performance, and development.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, schedules, and project resources.
• Ensure installations meet electrical codes, project specs, and quality standards.
• Track project progress, timesheets, safety documentation, incidents, and change orders.
• Resolve conflicts among crews, trades, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, project management, and field personnel.
• Maintain project schedules, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
