Job summary

Peyton Resource Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on construction projects across the Dallas area. You will oversee electrical construction activities, coordinate manpower and materials, and maintain project schedules while driving safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of electrical codes, and the ability to manage multiple priorities on active jobsites throughout DFW and North Texas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electrical construction experience.
• Active Journeyman Electrician license required.
• Experience leading electrical construction crews in a superintendent, general foreman, foreman, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, installation practices, and construction processes.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and coordinate manpower and materials.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work from project jobsites throughout DFW and North Texas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee electrical construction activities at project jobsites, owning day-to-day execution and schedule.
• Ensure electrical installations meet codes, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage safety, productivity, performance, and development of construction personnel.
• Plan and coordinate manpower requirements throughout the project.
• Forecast, coordinate, and track material requirements.
• Create and maintain manpower and material projections and project schedules.
• Maintain accurate progress reports, timesheets, safety documentation, incident reports, and change-order reporting.
• Identify and resolve conflicts between crews, trades, and project teams that could impact production.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, subcontractors, project leadership, and field crews.
• Serve as a professional representative of the company to customers and project partners.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
