Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on mission-critical and data center construction projects in the Dallas area. You will oversee foremen, journeymen, apprentices and subcontractors, coordinating manpower, equipment, materials and schedules to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

This role requires 8+ years in electrical construction and prior superintendent or senior foreman leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in electrical construction.
• Experience as a superintendent or senior foreman.
• Mission-critical, data center, or large commercial project experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and field coordination.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations from mobilization through project completion.

Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with a leading electrical contractor to identify an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on mission-critical and data center construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

This opportunity is designed for an experienced field leader who is passionate about safety, quality, production, and developing high-performing teams while delivering world-class electrical construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations from mobilization through project completion.
