Job summary

Saber Power Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee field operations on utility, substation, and renewable energy projects. The role directs superintendents, foremen and crews to deliver on safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals.

With a strong focus on leadership and coordination, you will work closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Safety, and Operations to ensure successful mobilization through completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; degree in CM or Eng preferred.
• 10+ years construction experience with leadership roles.
• Experience in electrical utility, substation, or EPC projects.
• Ability to read drawings and project schedules.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects and field teams across sites.
• Supervise superintendents, foremen, and crews.
• Coordinate daily activities to meet schedule and budget.
• Ensure safety requirements and client standards are met.
• Review schedules, progress, and field documentation.
• Support planning, risk mitigation, and turnover activities.
• Foster client relations and coordinate with internal teams.
