Job summary

CoVolt Power in Lebanon, Kentucky is seeking a field-based Electrical Superintendent to work with the Project Management team on the electrical scope, ensuring construction aligns with the owner's contract.

You will lead and mentor a team of electrical superintendents, coordinate with subcontractors, review drawings, manage material delivery, and uphold safety standards, including LOTO. Strong NEC knowledge and scheduling skills are required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electrical theory and NEC standards.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schedules.
• Proven safety awareness and LOTO practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the team of electrical superintendents.
• Coordinate activities to keep subcontractors on schedule.
• Produce daily reports and participate in internal and client meetings.
• Review drawings and ensure compliance with design and contract.
• Coordinate material delivery and resolve delays with the project team.
• Promote a safety-focused culture on site.
• Review and supervise permits and JSA/JHA before work.
• Oversee installation, testing, LOTO, and energization procedures.
