Job summary

CoVolt Power is hiring for a field-based electrical superintendent role in the Hillsdale, IN area. You will work closely with the Project Management team to lead and mentor electrical superintendents, ensuring the electrical scope aligns with the owner’s contract and approved designs.

The position requires strong knowledge of NEC standards, reading electrical drawings, and experience coordinating materials and permits. Safety leadership and a collaborative approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of NEC standards and safety practices.
• Experience supervising electrical subcontractors and field teams.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical superintendents on site.
• Coordinate with project management to maintain schedule and safety.
• Review drawings, manage material deliveries, and sign off on permits.
• Ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
