Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Superintendent to oversee field operations, direct subcontractors, and coordinate staffing with project leadership. You will drive process consistency, safety compliance, and timeliness across projects in your area.

The role requires strong communication, large-scale coordination, and a proactive approach to training and staffing for field personnel while managing project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in similar facility or construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Meets with Project Manager and subcontractors to coordinate standardized processes and resolve concerns.
• Help establish new hiring processes and procedures for field personnel.
• Schedule and coordinate material shipments to job sites.
• Oversee projects in the designated area to meet forecasts and budgets.
• Oversee the Safety Program and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Ensure Field Staff comply with government regulations and contract documents.
• Assign field staffing to meet project timelines and budgets in coordination with leadership.
• Coordinate with Tools/Equipment Manager on tools and inventory.
• Lead Production and Field Staffing Team for the area; direct, coordinate, and evaluate staff.
