Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Construction Management.
• Heavy industrial or steel industry experience preferred.
• Extensive site-based, multi-discipline construction management on large EPCM/EPC projects preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Technical Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute project assignments, coordinating engineering and construction services.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
• Lead assigned projects and maintain client satisfaction with scope and schedule.
• Review shop drawings, render design drawings, and supervise the build phase.
• Troubleshoot all phases of heavy construction and operations work.
• Schedule and run/attend job meetings.
• Generate pay applications, work directives, change orders, cost summary estimates, bid tabs, and project cost schedules.
• Schedule contractors and required equipment.
• Oversee onsite QA/QC programs and coordinate with subcontractors’ QA/QC teams.
