Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to join our National Mission Critical team in Tampa. With 5+ years of on-site electrical construction leadership, you will guide field crews, coordinate with design and procurement, and drive safety and quality on data center projects.

This role emphasizes CPM scheduling, budget oversight, BIM/CAD familiarity, and strong communication. You will travel as needed and help deliver projects on time and within scope for a leading CRE

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mission critical electrical construction.
• Post high school education or equivalent in the construction field.
• Possess a valid driver's license and pass pre-employment drug/alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance.
• Develop and track CPM schedules.
• Manage overall construction budgets and safety programs.
• Review design documents and shop drawings.
• Assist procurement and integrate into master schedule.
• Establish and monitor QC program.
• Value-engineer throughout projects.
• Communicate and coordinate with project team.
• Travel to project sites as needed.
