Qualifications

• Active IBEW Journeyman license or ability to join the union.
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar electrical leadership role (data center, industrial, automotive, commercial or healthcare).
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction practices.
• Proven experience in budget management and cost control.
• Excellent strategic planning skills and coordination with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all electrical installations and ensure compliance with codes and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and keep work within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and construction professionals to meet schedules.
• Conduct site inspections to verify safe and correct electrical work.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for installations considering timelines and client needs.
• Use Autodesk and other software to create detailed electrical plans and drawings.
• Ensure integration of electrical systems with lighting and fire protection systems.
