Jobot is seeking an Electrical Superintendent for projects in Utah and Nevada. The role oversees complex electrical installations, leads a team of 15+ electricians, and ensures safety, quality, and on-time completion. The position demands strong budgeting, field leadership, and coordination with procurement and accounting teams.

Salary ranges from $115,000 to $150,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth within a reputable national contractor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Construction industry.
• A proven track record of delivering safe and successful electrical projects on schedule and within budget.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, with strong skills in project management software.
• Demonstrated experience managing and providing leadership for safety and environmental programs.
• Strong understanding of job costing, quality reporting, forecasting, and productivity.
• Proven ability to coordinate all labor, materials, and equipment.
• Experience organizing and coordinating subcontractor activities.
• Strong administrative skills, with experience completing timesheets, quantity reports, purchases, and job diaries.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing field personnel.
• Willingness to participate in all field work activities and work with tools when necessary.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working with support departments such as prefabrication, purchasing, and accounting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Implement and maintain safety and environmental programs, fostering a culture of safety among the team.
• Monitor job costing, quality reporting, forecasting, and productivity, making necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
• Coordinate all labor, materials, and equipment, ensuring resources are used efficiently.
• Organize and coordinate all subcontractor activities, fostering strong relationships and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.
• Complete field administration tasks, including timesheets, quantity reports, purchases, and job diaries.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ electricians, fostering a supportive and high-performing work environment.
• Participate in all field work activities and be willing to work with tools when necessary.
• Collaborate with support departments such as prefabrication, purchasing, and accounting to ensure smooth project operations.
