Jobot is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee complex electrical construction projects, including large-scale commercial facilities, industrial installations, and data center developments in Sterling Heights, MI. You will manage budgets, schedules, field operations, and client relationships, driving profitability and project success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Strong background in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
• Experience managing data center or other mission-critical electrical construction projects preferred.
• Proven experience managing multimillion-dollar electrical construction projects.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost controls and P&L.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, subcontractors and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale commercial, industrial and data center projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination and financial performance.
• Manage project P&L, cash flow and profitability.
• Develop detailed project schedules, manpower plans and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers and field leadership.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts and scope for risks and opportunities.
• Lead change orders, pricing, negotiations and approvals.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement schedules and deliveries.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Ensure safety, quality and contractual obligations are met.
