Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Electrical Construction Superintendent to lead electrical project activities on large-scale builds. You will supervise field teams, coordinate electrical subcontractors, and ensure schedules, budgets, and safety standards are met across the project lifecycle.

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing electrical projects.
• Experience with steel or aluminum process equipment installation is desired.
• Good oral communication skills and adherence to safety policies.
• Familiar with Primavera Scheduling software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate electrical activities and subcontractor work.
• Oversee project organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
• Ensure safety is a priority and manage client communications.
• Review change orders and prepare/submit budget and progress reports.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, and design professionals to progress work.
• Oversee project closeout and overtime/attendance requirements.
