Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in electrical power systems or electrical safety.
- Experience with NFPA 70E and data-center safety practices.
Responsibilities
- Own the site electrical safety program in accordance with NFPA 70E.
- Establish and maintain LOTO procedures and live-dead-live verification practices.
- Lead arc-flash hazard analyses and incident energy studies; define PPE categories and boundaries.
- Qualify, train, and audit NFPA 70E Qualified Persons; develop electrical safety training for staff.
- Review energized work, switching, and commissioning procedures from a safety perspective.
- Coordinate with design/construction teams to integrate electrical safety into new builds.
