Job summary
Kenworth Truck Company, a PACCAR subsidiary, seeks a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead routings for electric harnessing and fluid hoses on powertrain projects. Qualifications
- 5+ years design experience with routings of electric harnessing or fluid hoses.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field; experience level determines hiring level.
- Proficiency with heavy truck components, systems and routing knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Identify and initiate routing designs of complex nature and conduct research incidental to design.
- Complete design projects through planning, concept development, analysis, review, testing and implementation.
- Coordinate and complete projects with other engineering groups within PACCAR.
