Aristocrat Gaming in Las Vegas is seeking a Quality Engineer - Electrical to ensure flawless function of our slot machines and gaming systems. You will partner with cross-functional teams to confirm our products meet the highest standards and exceed customer expectations.

The role emphasizes Lean principles, CAD proficiency, and Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred, with opportunities to contribute to NPI, audits, and continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Electrical/Manufacturing/Quality Engineering.
• Experience with CAD tools (SolidWorks/Altium).
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.
• Ability to read technical documentation and specifications.

Responsabilités

• Ensure slot machines and gaming systems meet design specifications.
• Partner with operations, hardware engineering, supply chain, and compliance teams for quality compliance.
• Act as Electrical authority across Operations Quality, Supplier Quality, and Field Quality Engineering.
• Lead issue investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Monitor manufacturing and test processes; analyze production quality data; drive improvements.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and collaborate on design validation.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and assist audits.
• Apply Lean tools and Six Sigma to improve reliability.
• Protect brand by delivering high-quality gaming products.
