Aristocrat is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Engineer to shape and optimize slot machine assembly processes. You will troubleshoot production issues, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure high-quality components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field remains a requirement.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or engineering, preferably in gaming or electronics.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA; manufacturing automation tools.

Responsabilités

• Assist in shaping, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes for slot machine assembly.
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Assist continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure high-quality components and materials.
• Analyze production data and contribute to process optimization efforts.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Assist with ECO implementation by updating manufacturing documentation and processes.
• Assist with engineering simulations, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA), to support product and process improvements.
• Provide technical support to production staff and help develop work instructions and training materials.
