Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming is seeking an Assembler IV to join our manufacturing team, ensuring flawless handling of electronic gaming machines. This safety‑critical role drives process improvements and supports new product launches globally.

You will guide peers, lead quality tests and inventory control, operate forklifts, and perform detailed electronics troubleshooting. A background in electronics and 2+ years in manufacturing are preferred, with adherence to OSHA and our safety programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Associate degree or equivalent in electronics/technical field desirable.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends.
• Ability to troubleshoot electronics following detailed instructions.
• Proficient in cycle counting and inventory maintenance.
• Familiarity with electronic circuits and industry practices.
• Basic computer/electronics troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of ESD, lean manufacturing, and 6S preferred.
• Responsible with awareness of regulatory implications.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and technical support to other employees.
• Lead process improvement and coordinate related activities.
• Operate forklift to handle inventory and loading/unloading.
• Report safety concerns and quality issues to Manufacturing Leadership.
• Perform transactions in D365.
• Perform monthly cycle counts.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and locations.
• Conduct complex tests on completed items to ensure performance.
• Adhere to employee handbook and OSHA programs.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.
