Job summary

Aristocrat Leisure in Las Vegas seeks a Quality Engineer - Electrical to ensure slot machines and gaming systems meet design specs and quality standards. You will partner with operations, hardware engineering, supply chain, and compliance to uphold strict gaming requirements.

Lead investigations, root-cause analyses, and corrective actions while supporting NPI and product validation. A strong Lean/ISO background and CAD tools knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; 7+ years in Electrical/Quality/Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience with electronics power, lighting, audio, touch tech, displays.
• Lean, Kaizen, and ISO standards knowledge; Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure slot machines and gaming systems meet design specs and conformance.
• Partner with operations, hardware engineering, supply chain and compliance.
• Serve as Electrical authority across Quality teams and operations.
• Lead issue investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor manufacturing/test processes and drive product/process improvements.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and product validation with HW Eng.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regs and audits; apply quality tools and lean.
• Contribute to protecting brand by delivering high-quality gaming products.

This is an outstanding chance for driven people ready to create a significant impact.What You'll DoEnsure the consistency and conformance of slot machines and gaming systems to meet design specifications.Partner with operations, hardware engineering, supply chain, and compliance teams to ensure compliance to strict gaming standards and internal quality expectations.Act as an Electrical authority, supporting Operations Quality, Supplier Quality, and Field Quality Engineering teams, as well as the broader Operations group.Engage in issue investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.Monitor manufacturing and test processes, analyze production quality data, and lead product / process improvement activities.Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and work with Hardware Engineering on ensuring robust design and product validation.Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and support internal and external audits.Apply quality tools and Lean principles to drive continuous improvement and increase product reliability.Play a meaningful role in protecting the brand reputation by delivering high-quality gaming products.What We're Looking ForA degree in Electrical Engineering or a related area, or comparable experience.More than 7 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Quality Engineering.Proficiency in industry workmanship standards, inspection techniques, process controls, and quality systems.Knowledge and experience working with electronic systems related to power, lighting, audio, touch technology, and visual displays.Experience with Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and ISO standards.Experience with CAD - Solid Works / Altium applications.Ability to read and understand technical documentation and specifications.Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is preferred.Strong communication skills to reinforce Aristocrat’s dedication to quality and continuous improvement.Compensation PhilosophyWe offer a comprehensive pay and benefits package designed to stay competitive in the market, support your wellbeing, and recognise your contribution to our success.
