Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in quality assurance and inspection.
• Experience with ESD and IPC-610/IPC-J-STD-001 standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficient with basic Microsoft Office tools.
• Able to lift 20 lbs and stand/move for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings, models, specifications; inspect using calipers, micrometers, and other tools.
• Perform receiving inspections of electrical components, PCBs, and PCBA assemblies.
• Review documentation like COCs, test reports, and First Article checks.
• Document results, flag nonconformances, and coordinate with QA/Engineering for resolution.
• Process inspection results in ERP; support continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
• Assist in training and ensure calibration and tolerances are met.
