Job summary

Kundlas Consulting Group LLC seeks an experienced Electrical QA Inspector / Engineer to support a USACE Savannah District contract at Fort Stewart, GA. The role focuses on QA inspections of electrical features in vertical building projects, with daily reporting and RFIs.

This on-site position requires 10+ years of electrical building experience, familiarity with NFPA 70/70E, and the ability to coordinate with USACE and contractors; immediate start available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical experience in vertical (building) construction.
• Inspects electrical features: service, switchgear, panelboards, feeders, grounding, lighting, fire alarm, LV interfaces.
• Writes daily QA reports and reviews submittals; responds to RFIs.
• Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NFPA 70) and NFPA 70E.
• On-site work at Fort Stewart, GA; must pass background check.
• Immediate availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA inspections for electrical work per drawings/specs.
• Document preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections.
• Prepare daily QA reports with photos and deficiencies.
• Review submittals for contract compliance; action recommendations.
• Respond to RFIs; coordinate with project team.
• Witness testing, commissioning, energization.
• Coordinate with USACE, contractor, and other inspectors.
