Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Electrical QA with federal experience for Ft. Stewart, GA, onsite. The role focuses on field inspection, QA, and reporting on power, lighting, and telecom systems, including 3-phase inspections.

You will interact with clients and contractors, maintaining professional presentation and precise documentation in RMS. Applicants should have 10+ years of DoD electrical inspection experience, RMS proficiency, and EM 385-1-1 training, along with OSHA 30-hour and a relevant

Qualifications

10+ years of electrical inspection experience on large DoD projects.
Experience with three-phase electrical/telecom inspection and fire alarm systems.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction or related field.

Responsibilities

Perform field inspection and quality assurance.
Conduct daily site walks to inspect installations (power, lighting, grounding, fire alarm, telecom, security, generators, MV).
Document deficiencies and track corrective actions in RMS.
Verify proper installation methods, conduit routing, cable sizing, labeling, bonding, placement.
Update reports and QA observations in RMS; attend progress meetings.
Interface with 3rd party commissioning agent and support commissioning.
Ensure compliance with EM 385-1-1 safety requirements.
