Job summary

SolveNow Inc. is seeking a senior electrical engineer to advance protection and control projects. You will develop protective setpoints, lead design standards, and guide teams on complex engineering tasks across mega projects.

You will apply system modeling tools (ASPEN, CAPE, CYME, ETAP, SKM) and generate relay setpoint files for SEL AcSELerator Quickset and GE Enervista, coordinating with clients and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 11+ years in transmission/Protection & Control.
• Active engineering licensure for EOR where required.
• Experience with QA/QC, project leadership, and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on design standards and policies.
• Develop protective setpoints and complex engineering deliverables.
• Coordinate multi-discipline activities and project schedules.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and staff on projects.
• Support business development and client relationships.
