Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and document control for electrical projects.
• Coordinate submittal review, shop drawings, RFI tracking, and budgets.
• Ensure current drawings, revised drawings, and submittals are up to date.
• Track labor, materials, and look-ahead schedules in Excel.
• Negotiate subcontractor agreements and perform quantity take-offs.
• Manage punch lists and ensure project completion and client satisfaction.
