Job summary

InPwr, Inc. seeks an Electrical Director of Projects for onsite leadership at our Indianapolis, IN headquarters.

The role provides strategic leadership and execution oversight for a portfolio of large, complex projects across multiple regions and customers, guiding APMs, PMs, and Sr PMs to deliver on schedule, budget, and quality standards. The Director partners with the Operations Manager to drive WIP readiness, proactively manage risk, and strengthen leadership within the project management

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Project Management; electrical background preferred.
• 3-5 years as Senior PM; leadership experience.
• Understanding of basic electrical theory and cost forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily and long-term performance of projects led by PMs and Sr PMs.
• Ensure job setup, buyouts, and procurement align with budget and plan.
• Develop labor plans, bell curves, and change order logs for WIP readiness.
• Drive margin preservation, change order pricing, and cost forecasting.
• Coordinate with General Superintendents for field/office alignment on schedule and manpower.
• Prepare project health snapshots for Operations Manager review.
