Job summary

InPwr, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Director of Projects to provide strategic leadership and execution oversight for a portfolio of large, complex projects across multiple regions. You will lead a team of Assistant PMs, PMs, and Sr.

PMs, ensuring delivery within schedule and budget, while upholding InPwr quality and performance standards. You will collaborate with the Operations Manager to drive WIP readiness, manage risk, and strengthen leadership within the PM team.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Senior PM preferred.
• 10+ years in Project Management - electrical background preferred but not required.
• Understanding of basic electrical theory.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High level of discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily and long-term performance of projects led by PMs and Sr. PMs.
• Manage labor plans, budgets, and procurement strategies.
• Lead development of WIP readiness and change order logs.
• Ensure margin preservation and accurate cost forecasting.
• Coordinate with field leadership for schedule alignment.
• Serve as senior liaison with key clients when needed.
