Job summary

IAPMO Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead onsite management of large, complex power generation and heavy industrial construction projects in Indiana. You will partner with the Lead Project Manager and construction team to oversee contract compliance, field execution, scheduling, cost controls, quality assurance, and project documentation.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of related construction experience on large projects.
• Experience building power plants and heavy industrial construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• General contracting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction progress and compliance with contracts, engineering drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate submittals, working drawings, requests for information (RFIs), and nonconformance report (NCR) responses.
• Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and support forecasting and executive reporting.
• Monitor budgets, productivity, job costs, progress billings, invoices, and monthly cost, income, and cash flow projections.
• Assist with pricing and coordinating change orders, claims, procurement, and material inventory.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures, conduct audits, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain project correspondence, meeting agendas, minutes, action logs, and other project management records.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, owners, and internal teams to resolve issues and support successful project delivery.
