Mark III Construction is seeking an Electrical Project Executive to lead our Electrical Division, driving profitability and growth across a portfolio of projects. You will guide senior project managers, engineers, and support staff, ensuring strategic execution from preconstruction to closeout.

We value extensive electrical construction leadership, strong client relationships, and a track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects with disciplined financial management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of electrical construction management experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of leadership experience managing project teams.
• Proven success overseeing large-scale electrical projects (commercial, industrial, healthcare).
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead project planning, kickoff meetings, and strategic project execution efforts.
• Review contract terms and assist with contract negotiations.
• Maintain executive-level relationships with clients and pursue new opportunities.
• Drive safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance across projects.
