TeamBuilders Employment in Sacramento, CA seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical construction and engineering projects. You will plan, execute, and complete multiple projects safely, on schedule, and within budget, coordinating with clients, GC’s, and subs.

The role emphasizes financial performance, contract administration, change management, and continuous improvement, with onsite leadership and a direct-hire, permanent employment path. Compensation up to $150,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in electrical construction project management.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, codes, regulations.
• Proven ability to lead teams and negotiate contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans defining scope, schedule, budget, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead multiple electrical projects end-to-end from pre-construction to closeout.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, field teams, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, costs, quality, and overall performance.
• Manage change orders and contract administration.
