Job summary

CEC Companies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple projects across large-scale scopes. The role sets strategies, mentors PMs and APMs, and ensures financial performance while maintaining strong client relationships.

The SPM drives project delivery, coordinates across teams, and ensures safety planning, risk management, and compliant QA/QC across jobs. Night shifts and on‑call duties may be required in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent education and experience in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in project management and estimating.
• Commercial general contracting experience, preferably in the data center or mission‑critical space, preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead vendor planning and maintain relationships with senior contacts.
• Strengthen customer relationships and resolve complex issues.
• Lead new business pursuits and expansion of current customer opportunities.
• Review proposals to ensure scope, schedule, and pricing can be executed by the project team.
• Direct project communication strategy for major clients.
• Lead meetings with senior stakeholders and large teams.
