Job summary

CEC Companies in Oklahoma is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple projects, set strategies, manage teams and financial performance, and mentor PMs, APMs and PEs. The role drives successful delivery and ensures clear communication across all organizational levels.

The SPM will lead safety planning, procurement strategy, and cross-team coordination while maintaining alignment with contract requirements and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in project management and estimating.
• Commercial general contracting experience, preferably in data center or mission-critical space.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead vendor planning and maintain relationships with senior contacts.
• Strengthen customer relationships and resolve complex issues.
• Lead new business pursuits and expansion of opportunities.
• Review proposals to confirm scope, schedule, and pricing.
• Direct project communication for major clients.
• Lead meetings with senior stakeholders and large teams.
• Oversee reporting on multiple projects or portfolios.
• Oversee coordination across teams and large-scale scopes.
• Oversee project setup, budgets, safety plans, and approvals.
• Balance task assignments and priorities across projects.
• Coach teams and mentor PMs and team leaders.
