Job summary

EPI Power is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Superintendent to lead field teams on data center projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager to manage schedule, budget, and staff while establishing a strong safety culture on site.

The ideal candidate has electrical background with 8+ years of superintendent experience, and is open to travel or relocation based on project needs. Strong communication with owners, designers, and engineers is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Superintendent experience on data center projects is required.
• Electrical background is required.
• Strong ability to read/interpret construction documents and manage complex schedules.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary leader of subcontractors and field forces on a job site.
• Maintain project safety in accordance with the company safety policy.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to manage schedule and budget.
• Prepare two-week look-ahead schedules.
• Update project schedules using scheduling software.
• Assist with buyout and selection of subcontractors.
• Coordinate the work of subcontractors’ field forces.
• Communicate effectively with owners, designers, and engineers.
• Ensure all paperwork is complete, accurate, and timely.
• Adhere to all company policies, standards, and procedures.
• Provide opportunities for team development and growth.
• Foster positive relationships on the jobsite.
