Job summary

EPI Power is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Superintendent to lead data center construction projects, managing schedule, budget, and staff while fostering a strong safety culture alongside the Project Manager.

Travel and relocation may be required to support upcoming projects. You’ll coordinate with owners, designers, and engineers and ensure timely, accurate documentation and strong subcontractor relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Superintendent experience.
• Experience on data center projects.
• Electrical background required.

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontractors and field teams on site.
• Maintain safety and manage schedule and budget with PM.
• Prepare two-week look-ahead schedules and update schedules.
• Assist with buyout and selection of subcontractors.
• Coordinate work of subcontractors' field forces.
• Communicate with owners, designers, and engineers.
• Ensure paperwork is complete and accurate.
