Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management, focusing on electrical systems, data centers or mission-critical work.
• PMP or similar certification is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera), and CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee electrical systems integration meeting project specs, safety standards and regulations.
• Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Supervise and coordinate architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors.
• Maintain effective stakeholder communication with clients and team members.
