Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• 5+ years managing large-scale electrical projects within data center or mission critical sector.
• Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, scheduling, and client management.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale data center and mission critical electrical construction projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and resource planning.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee project teams to ensure successful execution from preconstruction through closeout.
• Review estimates, project proposals, scopes of work, and change orders.
• Manage procurement activities and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely material delivery.
• Monitor financial performance and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Drive project safety, quality, and compliance standards across all phases of construction.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve project challenges.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field teams.

About the Role

The Senior Project Manager will lead large-scale data center and mission critical electrical construction projects, managing all aspects from preconstruction through to final turnover.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale data center and mission critical electrical construction projects
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and resource planning
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders

• Medium and low voltage distribution systems
• Critical power systems
• Data halls and white space fit-outs
• Mission critical electrical installations
• Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, scheduling, and client management
• Ability to lead multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Skills

• Hyperscale or mission critical project experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field
• PMP certification
• Master Electrician or Journeyman Electrician background
• Experience utilizing project management, estimating, and CRM software platforms
