Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects in the mission-critical and data center sector. You will oversee preconstruction through completion, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, vendors, and field teams.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in electrical project management, with complex projects, strong leadership and communication, and a willingness to relocate with company support.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience with mission-critical, hyperscale, data center, semiconductor, or similarly complex electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction processes, scheduling, estimating, and project financials.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, high-value construction projects.

• Coordinate with owners, GCs, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Oversee documentation, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and pay applications.

• Provide leadership to PMs, project engineers, and field personnel.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure delivery of projects.
• Ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction projects from preconstruction through final completion
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall project performance
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams
• Oversee project documentation, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and pay applications
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining schedule and profitability
• Provide leadership and support to Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field personnel
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure successful project delivery
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards

Ideal Candidate

• 7+ years of electrical construction project management experience
