Job summary

Eagle Electrical Services in Plain City, OH seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee project engineers and assistant PMs, coordinate scheduling with supervision, and ensure work stays within budget and ahead of schedule. This is an in-person role.

You will manage resources, supervise field teams, and ensure compliance with safety and contractual requirements, with strong emphasis on documentation control and subcontractor relations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3-5 years related experience in electrical construction or similar industry.
• Bachelor’s degree with an engineering or construction management focus; master’s degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other electrical/construction programs.
• Familiarity with project management/document control software.
• Familiarity with construction/financial software packages.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall flow of projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee project organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
• Support field personnel with subcontractor relations and field problem resolution.
• Maintain financial responsibility for projects and understand construction accounting.
• Review scope for project turnover and attend walk-throughs.
• Ensure proper document control: insurance, bonding, permits, submittals, RFIs, change orders, correspondence.
• Prepare budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.
• Inspect projects to ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety.
• Select subcontractors and equipment suppliers with input from engineering and purchasing.
• Distribute correct drawings to field personnel and manage values/billing formats.
• Create project schedules and integrate with manpower planning.
• Escalate issues to Division Manager/Project Executive with recommended resolutions.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety programs.
