Job summary

Eagle Electrical Services seeks a Project Engineer in Plain City, OH. This in-person role supports planning, directing, coordinating and budgeting electrical construction projects to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

The position offers hands-on experience to develop into an Assistant Project Manager and requires on-site presence. Responsibilities include assisting with scheduling, document control, and cost tracking while collaborating with PMs, Prefab Manager, and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• Electrical construction knowledge gained through an apprenticeship is acceptable.
• Strong communication, verbal and written, to promote teamwork.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365; training on Accubid, Bluebeam, CAD available.

Responsibilities

• Participate in estimating hand off meetings.
• Assist with establishment of project schedules with PM.
• Assist in managing field documents and revisions.
• Coordinate prefabrication opportunities with PM and Prefab Manager.
• Support change orders and job cost projections; track materials and deliveries.
