Job summary

Eagle Electrical Services is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects, coordinate schedules, budgets, and field resources in a hands-on, on-site role in Plain City, OH. You will manage project scopes, tasks, and team performance to deliver work on time and within budget.

The role requires leadership of Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers, ensuring compliance with safety and company SOPs. This is an in-person position with no hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years related experience in electrical construction or similar industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with Accubid, AutoCAD, Revit, and other electrical/construction programs is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management/document control software.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall flow of projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee project organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
• Support field personnel with subcontractor relations and resolve field problems.
• Maintain full financial responsibility for projects and understand construction finance and accounting.
• Ensure project documents, insurance, permits, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and correspondence are managed.
