Responsibilities

• Drive project flow from inception to completion.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
• Support field personnel and subcontractor relations.
• Ensure project documentation control (insurance, permits, submittals, RFIs, change orders).
• Prepare budgets, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.
• Attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
