Eagle Electrical Services in Plain City, OH is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide oversight to Project Engineer(s) and Assistant Project Manager(s), coordinating scheduling with Project Supervisors. This in-person role ensures work stays within scope, budget, and schedule, and that resources are managed efficiently.

You will lead meetings, review contracts, manage subcontractors, and supervise billing, reporting, and safety compliance while maintaining strong relationships with clients

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3–5 years related experience in electrical construction or a similar industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall flow of projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee project organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
• Support field personnel with subcontractor relations and problem resolution.
• Maintain financial responsibility for projects, including cost tracking and billing.
