Qualifications

• Must be licensed and have 8+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals for engineering services, including fee proposals;
• Prepare qualifications for engineering services as required;
• Conduct engineering investigations and feasibility studies;
• Attend project kickoff meeting with client to determine the full project scope and client's expectations;
• Complete in-house project summary sheet for the design team with all applicable project information;
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans;
• Collaborate with department Leads to ensure integrated project execution;
• Manage project budgets and ensure project billing is accurate and timely with assistance from the accounting department.
