Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of work experience and PE licensed.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering calculations and design systems per policies, standards and codes with minimal supervision.
• Apply practical knowledge to resolve project problems and conflicts.
• Independently make engineering task decisions for assigned projects.
• Mentor and supervise engineering designers as needed.
• Review designs with other disciplines for function and coordination.
• Meet with Project Engineer/Manager to discuss scope, schedule and budget.
• Prepare design budgets and schedules; estimate man-hours.
• Lead design efforts and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
